A Flow (previously a Process Builder) populates Fill Date First and Fill Date Last when candidate status changes to Hired, so the completed values in the fields are as follows:

Fill Date First: The date when the first candidate to this vacancy was hired.

Fill Date Last: The date when the latest or most recent candidate was hired. Matches Fill Date First if only one candidate was hired.

Days to Fill First: The formula calculates the number of days between the Approval or Create Date and Fill Date First.

Days to Fill Last: The formula calculates the number of days between the Approval or Create Date and Fill Date Last.
